Julie Fortune bought Felin Crewi in January 2016 with her two sons Marcus and Stephen. As a corporate designer for over 25 years, a move to the watermill in Machynlleth has allowed her the opportunity to carry on with her business, Fortune44, enjoy running a couple of letting cottages, and, as an expert gardener, begin the process of replanting the extensive gardens at Felin Crewi into a haven for the already prolific wildlife in the area.
You can be assured of a warm welcome and memorable times at Felin Crewi. It’s a great place for families, with fishing nets supplied for adventurous children, and a mass of Lego and board games for everyone on rainy days! With brilliant walks, loads of cycling paths, great pubs, and such friendly people – we, of course, recommend it all!
We mustn’t forget to mention little Sugar Pie, the miniature horse, Henry the cockerel and his wife Molly, and the cats Basil and Fizzy – who are actually the real owners but who are delighted with human company.
